Academy
Overview
Texas Tech and the Bob L. Herd Department of Petroleum Engineering initiated the Academy of Petroleum Engineering on April 7, 1994, with seventeen Whitacre College of Engineering Distinguished Engineers as charter members. In total, the academy has inducted 68 members since its beginning. Below is a list of those members and their citation.
