TTU Benefits - Effective Dates

	To calculate your benefits effective dates, select a date on the Calendar. The selection date should be your first day of employment.

	Click appropriate button to calculate your '31-Day' or '90-Day' wait period and respective effective dates.

	Every time the selection date is changed, you have to click the buttons again to refresh the calculated dates.

	For you to enroll in Optional Benefits, you should turn in all your paperwork no later than 4:30 p.m. on the last day to enroll in Optional Coverage displayed below.
