| Graduate
Student Enrollment Procedures |
|
Anyone in a
Graduate Student Enrollment position at Texas Tech University who is working 50% time for at least 4.5 months or more is eligible for the state provided insurance (as per rules). |
|
There is a limited 31-day enrollment period for optional insurance coverage. |
|
Successful completion of the
EEO Non - Discrimination Refresher Online Course for Employees is a state
requirement. |
|

Follow these steps to complete your initial enrollment

| Faculty
and Staff Enrollment Procedures |
|
Anyone in a staff or faculty position at Texas Tech University who is
working 50% time for at least 4.5 months or more is eligible for the state
provided insurance (as per rules) and must attend the New Employee Orientation class. |
|
There is a limited 31-day enrollment period for optional insurance coverage.
At the New Employee Orientation you can meet the
insurance providers and get answers to your
questions. |

Successful completion of the Employment Non-Discrimination Training for New State Employees is required to meet the state requirements and is included with the
New Employee Orientation. |
