John David Gerlach is an Assistant Professor at Texas Tech University. He received his B.S. from West Virginia University (2001), his M.P.A. from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (2003), and his Ph.D. from North Carolina State University (2009). He conducts research in the areas of environmental and natural resource policy and environmental nonprofit organizations. He teaches courses in research methods for public administration, environmental policy and administration, and management of nonprofit organizations.
