Sung-Wook Kwon, Ph.D.
Sung Kwon is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at Texas Tech University. He received his Ph.D. in Public Administration from Florida State University and joined Texas Tech in 2008. His research interests include urban and local management, intergovernmental relations, collaborative networks, and nonprofit management. His research has appeared or is forthcoming in refereed journals, including Public Administration Review, American Review of Public Administration, Journal of Urban Affairs, Public Performance and Management Review, and International Review of Administrative Sciences. He was the recipient of the 2011 Marshall E. Dimock Award that is presented for the best lead article in Public Administration Review. He teaches graduate courses in public management and policy.
