Carie Steele, Ph.D.
Carie Steele is an Assistant Professor at Texas Tech University. She received her B.S. from University of Nebraska at Kearney (2003) and her Ph.D. at University of Illinois (2011). Her research is directed at questions of international and comparative political economy and specifically addresses how interactions between international and domestic politics affect the distribution of public goods in health and environmental management. Her research has appeared in International Studies Quarterly and Democratization. She teaches courses on public policy theory and analysis.
