Curriculum Vita

Cynthia R. Rugeley is Assistant Professor of Political Science at Texas Tech University. She earned her Ph.D. from the Florida State University in 2007. Currently, her research focuses on representation and electoral politics. Rugeley has been published in American Journal of Politics, State Politics and Policy Quarterly and Public Integrity. She teaches graduate courses in American Politics, Electoral Politics and Public Policy. At the undergraduate level, she has taught courses on American Government and Institutions, State Government and Politics, Public Policy, American Presidency, and Research Methods.
