Pricing and Billing
We continually strive to operate as efficiently as possible and to purchase our equipment and supplies at the lowest possible costs, resulting in very competitive pricing for you. If we are not the most competitive price, we welcome the opportunity to examine our pricing and to meet or beat your best price.
Billing is as easy as providing your FOP number at the start of your project. When the project is complete and we are assured of your complete satisfaction, funds will be transferred electronically through the Texas Tech system, and you will be sent an invoice detailing all costs. It’s that simple.
If you prefer, we can encumber funds toward specific projects to be started at a later date. Any encumbrances will be subject to university accounting guidelines and procedures.
You may also pay by credit card, check or cash if you prefer.
