Our Mission
The mission of the Procurement Services Department is to support our customers—the University’s administration, faculty, staff and students, by:
- Facilitating the acquisition and payment for all manner of goods and services
- Completing and maintaining business contracts
- Identifying and incorporating innovative practices that will provide quality and timely services to the University and its vendors
- Adhering to the highest ethical values as well as all applicable laws, regulations and policies, and
- Expanding the amount of University business done with Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) and other small and small-disadvantaged businesses.
