The Office of Purchasing and Contracting assists Texas Tech University and Texas Tech University System employees in the procurement of goods and services. The office also has the responsibility of oversight of all University and System contracts.
Purchasing and Contracting uses TechBid and TechBuy(SciQuest) solutions to assist Texas Tech University and System departments in accomplishing their procurement needs.
