Sunyoung Han is an assistant professor of math education in the Department of Curriculum & Instruction. Han joins the TTU College of Education from Texas A&M University, where she served as a teaching assistant. She also received her Ph.D. in March 2013 from A&M. Han is interested in research questions related to the practical enactments of STEM PBL in schools with students and teachers. Her research agenda is focusing on the implementation of STEM PBL, especially for low achievers and Hispanic students. Han also specializes in advanced research methodologies, such as hierarchical linear modeling and structure equation modeling.
