Dr. Crnojevic is an observational astronomer who investigates the life and death of galaxies. By analyzing the stellar content of the closest galaxies with state-of-the-art telescopes, she investigates their properties, such as luminosity, distance, chemical content, host environment and mutual interactions, with the goal of understanding their evolution throughout the Universe's life. Dr. Crnojevic received her PhD in Astronomy from the University of Heidelberg, Germany in 2010. Before joining TTU she was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Edinburgh, UK, and she was subsequently a Postdoctoral Research Associate at TTU.
