Kerry Wooding

Dr. Wooding is an analytical chemist and biochemist developing analytical methods to better characterize glycoproteins derived from cancerous cell lines. He employs a variety of mass spectrometry and biochemical techniques for various proteomic, glycomic, and glycoproteomic studies. He is currently working with Dr. Yehia Mechref. Dr. Wooding received his PhD in Biological Chemistry from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in 2011. Prior to joining TTU, Kerry was a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Departments of Pharmacology and Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, and the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Texas A&M University.
