Dr. Greenlee's research is concentrated in two main areas: gender stereotyping and the use of online media. Her most recent research has examined the processing of gender role stereotype information and how this affects our perceptions of other people. In addition to research on gender, she also has interest in examining methods of social influence used on the Internet. Dr. Greenlee received her PhD in experimental psychology from The University of Alabama, and before joining TTU, she was an assistant professor at The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina.
