New employees must have an eRaider User ID and password to register online using the new learning management system, TotalLMS. If the new employee does not have an eRaider User ID and password yet, simply eMail quality.registration@ttu.edu to reserve a seat. Please include the employee's name, supervisor's name, department, and telephone number in your request. Any additional information you provide may also be helpful. Questions? Call us at 742-0530 ext. 271. Excellent customer service is a high priority at Texas Tech University. To ensure excellent customer service is provided consistently in every university department, SERVICEplus courses are required as part of New Employee Orientation. This course will help those employees who have high customer contact deliver their absolute best every day. Participants will learn how to keep their customers coming BACK by learning the skills represented by each letter in the BACK acronym. The letters of the “BACK” acronym represent: behaviors, attitudes, communication, and knowledge. Participants will learn how to keep their customers coming back by acquiring the skills represented by each letter in the BACK acronym. The objectives for this class are:

Who is required to attend? This class is for all new employees who do not have supervisory responsibilities. All new employees are required to attend a SERVICEplus class as part of their orientation to Texas Tech. To see the schedule of classes and to register for this class please follow these steps:
