Step D. Get Course Credit: Complete the Final Exam with a Passing Score of 70 or Higher
When you achieve a passing score of 70 or higher, your name is added to a roster of WebCT course completions for the present month.  Course completions are recorded electronically by Quality Service & Professional Development (QSPD) and appear on your employee training transcript.  Within the first 10 days of the following month, a record of completion is forwarded to Personnel to be placed in your personnel file, and your name is removed from the online EEO Training Compliance Report.
Step E. Avoid Technical and Operational Problems

1)    First-time users who have not used their eRaider Username and Password may be asked to supply a new password and security question (to use if the password is forgotten).  If you do not want to provide a new password or security question, you may click on the "Cancel" button to exit and not answer the question.

2)    If you have not used WebCT with your computer previously, please do the following once you have logged in to WebCT and are at myWebCT Homepage:  Find the Check Browser link in the red band at the upper right of your screen.  Follow the instructions to verify that your browser settings will accommodate WebCT.  NOTE:  Any pop-up window protection should be disabled.
