SERVICEplus Class Descriptions

First, a little background . . .

What is SERVICEplus?   SERVICEplus is an ongoing skill-based training program to fulfill our continuous quality improvement mission by providing job-related development opportunities to the staff (non-management employees, managers, and administrators).  Faculty are encouraged but not required to attend SERVICEplus classes.  SERVICEplus helps us to:
  • Identify whom we serve

  • Acquire skills to provide excellent service to our customers

  • Create positive interactions with our constituents, and

  • Promote a positive image of Texas Tech by providing excellence in education, research, and customer service.


The SERVICEplus Philosophy is:

To provide excellent quality service in an environment that is caring and friendly 100% of the time.
