Provide Visibility of the NRHC from the Marsha Sharp Freeway By:

Erecting "National Ranching Heritage Center" signage into the south berm above the freeway in 12-inch tall lettering

Installing night lighting to illuminate the sign

Adding drought-tolerant landscaping to reduce berm erosion and make the area more visually attractive
