Post Visit Activities

• Review the trip with students. Ask them: What did they see? What did they do while they were at the NRHC? What was their favorite structure and why?

• As a group, have students examine the materials around their school and decide what type of structure they could have built using only the materials around them. Would they build a dugout? Or a log cabin? Make sure they think of all possible supplies. They can even create a new type of structure to build.
