Install Hard-Surface Walks to Each of the Historic Buildings To:

Provide visitors with convenient access from the main sidewalk to all the historic structures

Make the historical park ADA-compliant for people with limited mobility

Make the historical park accessible to visitors after inclement weather

These sidewalks allow the NRHC to keep the site open during special events following snow or rain, which previously caused the park to be closed totally or at best kept open only where the current sidewalk provided access
