10th Annual

Summer Youth Classes

July 13-17, 2009
8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

This year's theme will focus on the fascinating history of the South Plains. Students will choose from a variety of 12, fun heritage education classes where they can learn about Native American history, cowboy life, pioneer living, western art and the importance of playas as a natural resource. The purpose of the summer youth program is to preserve the history of ranching by providing a unique learning experience for students in grades one through six.

Classes meet Monday through Friday for 90 minutes each. Tuition is $25 per class, and Junior Rough Riders members receive a $5 discount on each class.
