AboutVivian Luu is a third year undergraduate student in the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. She is a Management major with concentration in Human Resource Management and a certification in Leadership and is expected to graduate in May of 2017. As a first generation student with a school and service-oriented mentality, she has established high goals for herself to achieve. Along with her focus in academia, she intends to actively participate within the school and community.
Currently, Vivian serves as the President for Tech's Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Vice President of Internal Affairs for the Multicultural Student Business Association, and a Protégé Advisory Committee Leader for The Lauro Cavazos & Ophelia Powell-Malone Mentoring Program. She was also initiated into Mortar Board, a national honor society recognizing the top 50 seniors of Texas Tech University, in which she holds the Alumni Relations Chair. Vivian was previously a facilitator for the One Love Foundation, where she joined other student leaders on campus to promote the prevention and awareness of domestic violence in relationships. Vivian is a new member to the Rawls Business Leadership Program and is highly looking forward to the unique experience.
