Chris Roach
Chris Roach is Chief Executive Officer of BBG, a real estate services company headquartered
in Dallas, Texas. Prior to this position he was the President of BBG, with extensive
experience in commercial real estate services, business acquisition, and management.
Under Roach's leadership, BBG has acquired over 20 businesses in the commercial real
estate services industry. Additionally, the firm has added over 30 new locations,
and added 400+ employees across the country during that time.
He is actively involved in The Real Estate Council (TREC) in Dallas, and was elected
to the Associate Leadership Council, class of 2010-11. Roach received his MAI designation
from the Appraisal Institute in 2009, and his CCIM designation in 2014. He is an active
member of the North Texas Chapter of The Appraisal Institute where he served as President
2018. Additionally, he is an active member of the CCIM Institute, International Council
of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC) and Mortgage Bankers
Association (MBA). As a graduate of Texas Tech University, Chris currently serves
on both the Advisory Council for Rawls College of Business, along with the Advisory
Council for the Center of Real Estate.
In his personal time, Chris has been involved with multiple civic and charitable organizations
including Park Cities Baptist Church, Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels, Lone
Star Paralysis and has coached numerous sports teams through Upward Basketball, YMCA,
and St. Monica's School. He also enjoys traveling, fishing, tennis and golf whenever
he can. Chris and his wife, Katie, reside in Dallas with their three daughters, Madelyn,
Molly and Caroline.
