Meg Taylor

Meg Taylor has been in the private equity industry for nearly 30 years. She joined IBCF in 2000 and oversees fund financial and regulatory compliance, and focuses on prospective investment review, due diligence and portfolio management. In addition, Meg serves on the investment committee. From 1995 to 1999, she was Controller of Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst Incorporated, a Dallas-based investment firm specializing in leveraged acquisitions and private equity investments. From 1990 to 1994, Ms. Taylor was Assistant Controller of Sunwestern Investment Group, a Dallas-based venture capital company. From 1987 to 1990, she was employed by Ernst & Young in the audit division.

Meg is a Certified Public Accountant, and received her BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech in 1987. While at Texas Tech, Meg was a member of Beta Alpha Psi, an accounting honor and service organization and the Cardinal Key National Society. She was also a member of Omicron Delta Kappa and the Texas Tech Accounting Society. Currently, Meg is a member of the Dallas chapter of the Financial Executives International organization and has served as a mentor to several Rawls College of Business students.

Meg loves to start each day with an early morning group fitness class and spends a lot of time hiking outdoors. Throughout the year Meg sets aside time to getaway for long weekend hikes, covering lots of miles and enjoying the beautiful outdoors. Meg and her husband, Scott Tritch, reside in Dallas.
