Russ Webb joined Silver Oak Commercial Realty in 2011 as managing partner and co-owner. Previously, he was vice president at Stream Realty, where he began in 2001 after a successful career in the oil and fuel industry.

In 2003, Webb was voted "Top 35 Under 35" by Black's Guide. In 2004 and 2006 he was a Top Five Producer for Stream and was listed in the Dallas Business Journal's annual "Heavy Hitters" list. Since 2001, Webb has completed more than 3,000 transactions. His firm specializes in investment sales, tenant representation, third party leasing, build to suit, and office dispositions.

Webb earned a B.B.A in Marketing from Texas Tech University in 1991. He is a member of Texas Tech Ex-Student Association, Red Raider Club, Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce Board, Denton County Commissioners Building and Zoning Board, North Texas CCIM and holds the CCIM designation for commercial real estate. Webb also serves on the Ft. Worth Rawls Scholarship Committee and was the past Co-Chair of the Rawls Dallas Scholarship Breakfast.

He and his wife Kristi(Kelly) reside in Flower Mound and have two children – Matthew (14) and Macie (11). His personal interests are hunting, racquetball, snow skiing, trips to Playa Del Carmen, golf, buying single family properties in the West Texas area, and spending time on his family ranch in Throckmorton, Texas.
