Event Coverage & Promotion
Our team highlights activities and events hosted by students, faculty, staff and alumni that support the college's strategic initiatives. Coverage of events typically includes a news article and photography, if appropriate. All news articles are placed on Rawls News – the college's designated newsroom – and shared via social media, the Rawls Newsletter, the Rawls Street Journal, and other platforms as appropriate. All photos are uploaded to the Rawls Flickr account, where photos can be viewed and downloaded by the general public. For event coverage, please submit the Rawls College Media Event Coverage Request Form. Please submit requests five business days before the event or activity. A request will not guarantee coverage; however, we will try to accommodate your event or activity to the best of our ability. Last-minute requests may be denied due to workload or conflicting events.
