Dr. Bob McDonald, United Supermarkets Professor of Marketing, has been invited to teach at Texas Tech's first semester of Double-T College this fall. The Double-T College is an "open college" concept that lasts two weeks and will be free for students who participate. Undergraduate and graduate students will be able to enroll on a first-come, first-serve basis, and if there is room, faculty and staff will also be able to enroll. McDonald, as well as the other participating professors, will teach their classes at no additional cost to the university. Enrollment in the Double-T College is meant to enhance student experiences, so classes will not have homework or grades. Provost Galyean chose McDonald because of his continued dedication to Texas Tech's academic mission.
