About Phil

Phillip is a tenured instructor at Texas Tech University with teaching responsibilities as a core course coordinator for the undergraduate level course Introduction to Operations Management. In addition he teaches team building and interpersonal skills at the graduate level in the MBA and executive MBA programs. He also assists in decision theory, risk management and project management MBA courses. His student evaluations are routinely in the upper 10% of all the Rawls College of Business faculty. Phillip holds an MBA in health organization management and a BBA in industrial management from Texas Tech University. He holds a CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) credential issued by the Project Management Institute. Phillip’s work experience includes 25+ years as an industrial engineer, plant manager, and small business owner in the service and manufacturing areas.
