I am a Ph.D. student in the Area of Marketing at the Rawls College of Business Administration.
My research focuses on humor, emotion, and neuromarketing. Previously, I have looked at the relationship between humor and risk, as well as the different humor styles and how they influence social relationships. Currently, I am examining satisfaction and consumer complaining behavior.
