A South America native and Texas Tech alumna, Alesia Romero currently serves as a Global Brand Director in Dallas, TX. Alesia graduated from the Rawls College of Business in 2012 with a dual Bachelors in International Business & Spanish and with dual minors in Chemistry & Biology. In August of 2013, Alesia attained a Master's in Business administration (MBA) with a Marketing and Management concentration, as well as a graduate certificate in Leadership.
In her current role at NCH Corporation, Alesia directs and implements all growth and management strategies for the Ecoflow ™ Brand within the entire United States and supporting efforts throughout the world. Alesia develops and oversees the implementation of strategic business and financial plans, as well as innovative positioning strategies to maximize the brand's objectives in alignment with the companies' goals. Alesia demonstrates a strong leadership role across the organization by leading a brand marketing team and a brand sales management team and also in her close collaboration with key internal and external stake holders.
While at Tech, Alesia was a co-founder of the Texas Tech Pre-Medical Society and was an participant of Alpha Phi Sorority, of the Texas Tech Graduate Association, and of the Multi-cultural Business Association. Today, she serves as a professional mentor for Rawls Business Leaders and is an active participant in the Dallas Leadership Board for various organizations that include: 4Word Women, National Society of Hispanic MBA's, and American Business Women Organization.
Through her academic and professional career, Alesia has been blessed by people who have mentored and guided her path. Several of those people were (and still are) through the Rawls College of Business. Consequently, Alesia is happy to be a part of the Rawls Raiders Alumni Network and hopes to be able to serve students who are currently facing the same transitions/challenges that Alesia has faced throughout her life.
