Party and Rental Information
For all rental groups: Participants are considered anyone gaining admission to the facility as part of the group , regardless of their membership status and whether or not they enter the pool. TTU affiliate refers to current students, faculty and staff of the university and Rec Sports members.
All rental group primary contacts are responsible for reviewing our policies and procedures and ensuring these are communicated to the group. We ask for your assistance in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all of our participants.

To request a rental, please fill out this form and we will respond as soon as possible.

Aquatic Center (Indoor Pool, typically available Mid-October – Mid-March)
Birthday Parties
Birthday parties can be scheduled for specific 2 hour blocks during family hours. Groups do not have exclusive use of the pool. An area will be set aside in the Snack area for the group.
They are typically available:
- Friday 6:00pm - 8:00pm
- Saturday 1:00pm - 3:00pm
- Sunday 1:00pm - 3:00pm & 4:00pm - 6:00pm
A $50 deposit required at time of reservation. The balance will be due at the door upon entering.

- Friday 9:15pm - 11:15pm

A $100 deposit is required at time of reservation. The balance will be due at the door upon entering.

Leisure Pool (Outdoor Pool, typically available Mid-March – Mid-October)
