Free Streaming Les Mills is offering 90+ FREE workouts via their website. Simply choose a category from the "Click Here for More" dropdown menu. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SUBSCRIBE.
So that anyone who wants to practice at home can do so, down dog is making all of their apps – Down Dog, Yoga for Beginners, HIIT, Barre, and 7 Minute Workout – completely free until April 1st and free until June 1 for students and educators!
