1-on-1 Training
1 Session - $20 These packages must be used within a single semester Please note for all packages each session is 60 minutes.

With all packages there is flexibility to vary your schedule depending on your availibility throughout your training period.

Comprehensive Fitness Assessment

Let exercise physiology help you improve your workouts. Exercise testing includes medical history, submaximal bicycle ergometer test, body composition, repetition max test on the Cybex circuit, resting heart rate and blood pressure, abdominal crunches and flexibility. ACSM guidelines will be followed and doctor's approval may be required.

Personal Training Policies

1. To sign up with a trainer, you must register in the Fitness/Wellness Center. Once you register, your trainer will contact you via email or phone within 2-3 days.

2. There are no penalties if session cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance for personal training session, fitness assessment or body composition appointments. You may contact your trainer directly or call 742-3828 to cancel your appointment. Failure to show up to a scheduled appointment or tardiness of 10 minutes or more will result in forfeiture of one appointment or session.

3. All sessions must be used during the semester in which they were purchased. Exceptions are made only for medical reasons or for those purchasing a 24-Sessions Package or 32-Sessions Package. To request an exception you must contact Anna Sterling, 742-3828. All unused sessions will be forfeited.

4. Remember to bring a towel to each training session.
