Texas Tech Rec Sports Aquatics Rental Request

Please fill out the Rental Request form in its entirety. Completion of the form does not guarantee the request will be granted. Aquatics Rental Request Forms should be submitted at least two weeks (10 business days) prior to your event date. Our facilities staff will respond by email or phone within two business days of your request. Aquatic rentals utilize the indoor Aquatic Center from approximately October through March and the outdoor Leisure Pool from March through October. Birthday parties or other small group rentals are generally scheduled Thursdays and Fridays from 6:00pm - 8:00pm, Saturdays from 1:00pm - 3:00pm and Sundays from 1:00pm - 3:00pm or 4:00pm - 6:00pm. Private rentals are held before or after open pool hours, while some group rentals can occur during open hours.
