Climbing in New Mexico
Climbers of all skill levels are encouraged to join us for a weekend of great climbing in one of New Mexico’s many excellent climbing destinations. Climbing sites and activity will be determined based on needs of the group. All of the potential climbing locations provide opportunity for climbers of any level to have fun, be challenged, and learn new skills from our knowledgeable staff. So come one, come all for a weekend of great climbing, great food, and great people!

April 8 - 10
New Mexico – Possible venues include White Rock, Diablo Canyon, El Rito, Last Chance Canyon, and Tres Piedras
On this particular climbing trip there will be opportunity for our instructors to tailor the experiences to meet individual capabilities and learning goals. During the Pre-Trip Meeting, our instructors will gather information from the group to provide the instruction and experience desired by the group. Potential learning goals include:
Lead Climbing, Lead Belaying, Setting Protection, Anchor Construction, Climbing Technique, Rappel Systems, Camping and Climbing using Leave No Trace Ethics
Moderate to strenuous. Some easy to moderate hikes to access the climbing locations. There will be climbs suited to all levels of experience.
