When:
Saturday, October 20 (1st climbing session*)
Sunday, October 21 (2nd climbing session, canoe, bike, and run)
* Each team must participate in either the 1st or 2nd climbing session. Local competitors are encouraged to participate in the 1st session to make space available for out-of-town competitors on Sunday.

Competition Format:
Teams can choose between participating in B ike and Run or splitting these events amoung teammates. Costs include climbing and canoeing equipment.
