Advance Registration Information

Advance registration for Spring 2009 is underway in our new student information system, MyTech.

Click on the MyTech link in the navigation bar to the left. Be sure to read the announcements on the Raiderlink portal. That channel will contain information that is important to you as you verify that your data was correctly moved to the new system, and begin registering for classes.

Addresses were not moved from the old system to the new system. You need to enter your various address types and next-of-kin and emergency contact information as soon as possible.

If you experience problems problems during class registration, or  with your information on MyTech, you may submit that problem for resolution at this link: http://www.depts.ttu.edu/registrar/bannerstudentwss

  • Click on "How your credits will transfer" on the left sidebar.
  • Click on "Search the database"
  • Enter your state and college or university and a course you are currently enrolled.
  • Your college or university courses will be listed to the left, and Texas Tech University courses will be listed to the right.
  • If you wish to see a printable complete list of courses from your Texas school and their TTU equivalents, from the main transfer evaluation web page above, click on "equivalency guidebooks" in the left-hand column

The Secretary of State will complete the Apostille/Authentication of document process. More information regarding the Texas Secretary of State requirements can be located on their website at http://www.sos.state.tx.us/statdoc/index.shtml
