On campus courses: Submit the appropriate Hazlewood application AFTER you register each semester.
Correspondence & Outreach and Extended Studies courses: Submit the appropriate Hazlewood application, supporting documents and Dean’s letter BEFORE you register or make any payments. You will be required to obtain a verification letter from your Academic Dean. The letter must state the course fulfills degree requirements.
Application Process
The Hazlewood exemption is a semester based program. You will be required to submit the appropriate application form each semester. For your convenience, the Hazlewood applications are located on the College for Texans website at http://www.collegeforalltexans.com
