Texas Tech University

Withdrawal Information

Before you go...

Please know that Texas Tech University is committed to helping students complete their education. While we understand that there are times when circumstances require a student to leave for a short period, we hope that if there is something that we can assist with to help you stay enrolled that you will give us an opportunity to do so.

We would encourage you to contact us in one of the following ways:

How do I drop a course, but stay enrolled in others?

If you only want to drop one or two classes but keep your others, you can do so by the deadline for that part of term on the MyTech tab of Raiderlink. You may not be able to drop if you have registration holds, or if you have used all of your allowed drops per the State.
