What are AlcoholEdu® and Haven®?
AlcoholEdu® is an online, research-based alcohol responsibility program that provides a tailored educational experience focusing on the impact of alcohol on the mind and body.
Haven® is an online program addressing the critical issues of sexual assault, relationship violence, stalking, and sexual harassment – among students, faculty and staff.
Who takes AlcoholEdu® and Haven®?
All new students (first-years and transfers) are required to complete the course.

When I enter my eRaider username and password, I see a blank screen or receive an error message. What should I do?
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- If doing this does not work, you will need to try and login using a different browser from the one you're currently using.
- If you are still unable to login successfully, you will have to login from another computer, as this issue is specific to the computer you're currently using.

I am a transfer student. Do I need to complete AlcoholEdu® and Haven®?
Yes, all incoming students are required to complete the courses.
What will happen if I do not complete AlcoholEdu® and Haven® course?
If you do not complete Part 2 of the courses, a hold will be placed on your ability to view your final grades.
Can you tell me where on campus I can use a computer to complete AlcoholEdu® and Haven®?
Computers are available through the ATLC. Visit http://www.depts.ttu.edu/itts/labs/ for more information. Some colleges and departments also have labs for student use.
I am having technical problems, what should I do?
Should you experience any difficulties or require support, the AlcoholEdu® Online Technical Support Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Go to http://www.everfi.com/register and simply click on the "Help" button located at the bottom of the page or call 1-866-384-9062. You do not need to be logged into the course to access the Help Site.
I am not sure if my computer meets the technical requirements to support the course.
