Fuel Services

The on-campus fueling station is available for all departmental fueling needs. We offer unleaded, diesel and propane. Unleaded and diesel are available 24 hours a day.

• The fuel station office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. The office is in the building west of the pumps.
• Propane is available from Fleet Services Garage during business hours Monday - Friday (7:45 am - 4:45 pm) through iService Desk - Work Order Request.
• For after-hours fuel issues, contact Work Control at 806-742-4677.
• Access is controlled by programmed fuel chips assigned to each vehicle or assigned codes.  Lost or damaged chips may be replaced, there may be a charge for replacement.
