Born and raised in Lubbock, Kerri Pike graduated Cum Laude from Texas Tech University in December of 2003 with her B.S. degree in Personal Financial Planning with minors in Finance and Business. She began pursuing her M.S. degree during the fall of 2005 in Curriculum and Instruction through the Texas Tech College of Education.

Kerri has been with the Student Government Association as the Lead Account Processor since February 2004, became SGA Supervisor in May 2006, and Coordinator for SGA Programs in November 2007. Before that time, she worked in bookkeeping and accounting for small businesses in the Lubbock area since 1998. She completed testing and certification requirements in May of 2005 to become a Certified Financial Counselor through the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education.

Kerri married Philip Pike in June of 2002 and are the proud parents of a Beagle named Molly. They are expecting their first child in June 2008.
