Statement of Intent Must be filed by 5:00pm, Wednesday,January 30th in SGA office, SUB room 302
*There is a filing charge, which must be paid at the time of filing. It is $20 for Senators, and $30 for Executive Candidates. Those wishing to cross-file for Executive and Senator At Large must have at least a semester of experience as a senator or one year in an executive office and you will pay an additional $5. Please make all checks payable to SGA. According to the SGA Election Code, “this fee may be waived due to financial hardship or other similar reasons as seen fair and just by the Election Commission |

Executive Orientation Seminar Each Executive candidate must attend this orientation. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. The orientation will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the Senate room of the SUB. |
| Feb. 1st- 4th | Senator Orientation Seminar Each senator must attend only ONE of these seminars. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. The seminars will be held at 6:00 p.m. each day in the SUB Escandido Theater. |
| Feb. 8 | Poster Approval 4:00-6:00 pm in the SGA Conference Room. All posters must be approved before posting. This is the only time posters will be approved. |
| Feb. 25 | Executive Candidate Forum To be held for Executive Office Candidates only. Will be in the Escondido Theater from 5:00- 8:00pm |
| Feb. 27th – Feb. 28th | Election Day Log-on to www.sga.ttu.edu |
| March 1st | Election Results @ 5:00pm in the courtyard of the SUB |
| Mar. 4th | Financial Disclosure Due Each candidate must turn in a completed Financial Disclosure form, even if they do no spend anything. Failure to turn a form in will result in disqualification. Forms should be turned into SGA Office by 5:00 pm. |
