Guest Speakers:
- Dr. Bob Smith, Provost – Texas Tech University
  - Budget Working Group: Opportunities
    - We are not alone
    - Plan is coming along well; we have movement toward Tier 1 status
    - Things are looking to be not as bad as projected

- TTU is turning 88 years old! We are in the beginning stages of planning a celebration and hoping to start a tradition; The anniversary is February 10, 2011.
