Program Highlights

The Noyce Scholars program is primarily designed for undergraduate mathematics and science students who are interested in making an impact through teaching. The program is divided in to two portions: Pre-Noyce and Noyce.

Pre-Noyce Scholars
(lower level undergraduates)

  • Participate in Texas Tech summer K-12 programs
  • $2,000 stipends each summer
  • Gain vaulable experience & a chance to see if teaching is for you

Noyce Scholars
(upper level undergraduates)

  • Two-year teacher training and K-12 experience
  • $10,000 scholarships per year!
  • Scholars teach for four years in a high needs school district

Application Process

The current two-year program is concluding; however, applications are still being accepted on an ongoing basis for one-year fellowships.
