OPERATING POLICY AND PROCEDURE 10.04

PURPOSE: The purpose of this Operating Policy/Procedure (OP) is to ensure understanding and standardized procedures in compliance with the provisions of the Drug-Free Schools and Campuses Act as amended.

OPERATING POLICY AND PROCEDURE 10.09

PURPOSE: The purpose of this Operating Policy/Procedure (OP) is to establish a University policy prohibiting sexual harassment and establishing procedures for processing sexual harassment complaints.

OPERATING POLICY AND PROCEDURE 61.02

PURPOSE:The purpose of this Operating Policy/Procedure (OP) is to establish the approval process for the use of University grounds, facilities, and amplification equipment for faculty, staff, academic and administrative departments. Use of space, facilities and amplification equipment by students and student organizations is governed by the Student Affairs Handbook: (Requires Acrobat Reader).

OPERATING POLICY AND PROCEDURE 76.02

PURPOSE: The purpose of this Operating Policy/Procedure (OP) is to ensure that Texas Tech University is in compliance with the Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act of 1990 and amendments.

OPERATING POLICY AND PROCEDURE 76.03

PURPOSE: The purpose of this Operating Policy/Procedure (OP) is to establish responsibilities of the University Police Department for the protection of lives and property on the University campus and to define the conditions for the use of non-University Police officers.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this Texas Tech Operating Policy and Procedure (OP) is to establish policy in providing a safe and secure workplace, free from threats and violence, for all those involved in the business of the University.
