With over 32 years of service with Texas Tech University's Hospitality Services, Dr. Sam Bennett is in the business of education, and food is his vehicle. The last 30 years have produced many changes in the way our residents have been fed. What used to be a "take-it-or-leave-it" philosophy has developed into meal options tailored to the needs and desires of the student customer as well as customers from the Texas Tech and Lubbock communities.
