Everyone that desires to have CitiAccess service must fill out an application and go through a physical assessment to determine if they are eligible for the service. Any questions you have regarding the service can be answered by Serena Stevenson. She can be reached at 712-2000 ext. 236.

Citibus runs on Texas Tech campus when students are in session only. Please refer to the web site for maps of the routes on campus and city routes.
Demand Response
Citibus offers a Demand Response, shared ride, curb-to-curb service for the
general public between 6:40 p.m. and 10:20 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
The fare is $5.00 for the night service. Monthly passes are accepted. To schedule a ride 24 hours in advance, or to be placed on the master schedule, call 712-2000 and choose option 2. IF CALLING AFTER HOURS DIAL EXTENSION 235.
