Refund Policy
Students may choose to have direct deposit or utilize the Higher One Easy Refund debit card. No refunds are processed in the SBS office.
The refund preference will need to be set up with Higher One. Students will receive the Higher One Debit card in the mail. This is not a credit card! Once student receives the card in the mail they may go to Easyrefundcard.com to set up their refund preferences. You will need to keep this card for your duration at Texas Tech this is your access to your refund preferences on the EasyrefundCard.com site. Student must activate this immediately so the disbursement of any refunds from TTU will not be delayed. Please go to ASK RAIDER RED on our site for any further questions or concerns.
All refunds for payments made by a credit card will go back as credits to the same card. (Except for financial aid)
Refunds will be processed no less than three times a week.
