Promoting Student Success

The Office of Student Retention & Assessment opened its doors in January 2010. Since then, we have been working to not only establish the department, but also to dive into the world of student retention and the work ahead of us. We strive to partner with departments to develop, implement, support, and assess program & services that enhance student retention. We hope to be an information source for our Division, providing key points about our student population and their interests, needs, and overall experience at Texas Tech. In addition, this office will lead the Division's efforts in the areas of strategic planning and assessment. We are excited to join the Division of Enrollment Management & Student Affairs and look forward to working with each department as we strive to promote student success!
